Private custom training: ‘Custom Repertoire Review Sessions’.  Have you completed a STOTT PILATES®, Total Barre® or Merrithew® Fascial Movement Course already and do you have areas you would like to review?  These Custom Repertoire Review sessions could be a review of your Postural Analysis skills, an Exam Review or catch up on missed group course time.  Email your personalised requested and we can tailor a customised Instructor Training session especially for you!

Sunday 16 November 2025 | STOTT PILATES® Reformer for the Older Adult 2hr Workshop | Live In-person @ Genesis Fitness Reformer Studio, Auckland

In-person | 9.00am-11.00am | $185 including comprehensive workshop notes & GST.

Explore the benefits of working on the Reformer for the older adult in this interactive workshop, developed by the Merrithew® team. Despite decrements associated with aging, the ability to adapt to endurance and strength training is well documented. The Reformer provides widely variable spring tensions to address both upper and lower body as well as core training. Modifications of exercises and considerations for limited mobility and strength issues are discussed with a view to enhance core stability, increase lean muscle mass, increase range of motion and improve body awareness.

Sunday 16 November 2025 | STOTT PILATES® Conditioning for Golf & Rotational Power on the Reformer 2hr Workshop | Live In-person @ Genesis Fitness Reformer Studio, Auckland

Learn programming to improve the strength and stability of hip, knee and ankle joints in both supine and standing positions in this workshop Bring more power and control to your golf game with the new Conditioning for Golf & Rotational Power on the Reformer, a workshop developed by the programming team at Merrithew®. Based on warmup and conditioning drills used by the world’s top golf pros, this program uses the spring resistance of the Reformer to increase mobility, build stability and improve the overall swing. Learn how to harness the power of the breath to bring focus and connection, improve range of motion in the shoulders and hips, and develop greater torso rotation – all major components of an outstanding swing. Through analysis of the biomechanics of each aspect of the swing, bring awareness to the neuromuscular, skeletal and fascial systems and how they work together to create greater power and distance. The moving platform of the Reformer challenges balance and stability resulting in optimal efficiency both on and off the course.

Attendance

In-person + Live via zoom workshop group attendance will be restricted up to 18 participants only.

There is no pre-requisites to attend these workshops, all participants are welcome!

STOTT PILATES® 2hr workshops: NZ$185. Includes comprehensive workshop notes + GST.

STOTT PILATES® 3hr workshops: NZ$245. Includes comprehensive workshop notes + GST.

STOTT PILATES® 4hr workshops: NZ$345. Includes comprehensive workshop notes + GST.

CECs:

Full Merrithew continued education credits will be offered for STOTT PILATES® workshops.  Excellent method of receiving your yearly professional development credits, without additional travel expenses.  All training will be registered with Merrithew® and a letter of completion will be sent to you directly from Merrithew® Head Office.  In order to receive full credit of participation, students must complete and physically participate in the full online workshop and adhere to the Merrithew® policies & procedures.

Equipment & Workshop Notes

For online training, students must have the correct props in order to take the workshop, (e.g. have a Flex-Band to attend the Flex-Band workshop). 

Props will be supplied for in-person training.

We will send you exclusive digital PDF workshop notes prior to the workshop starting for online training. In-person training will offer printed workshop notes at the start of each workshop.
