Testimonials

“Thanks for your awesome workshop. I feel so much more confident in regards to working with Pre-natal clients - excellent content and delivery
— STOTT PILATES Pre-natal on the Mat Workshop, Live Online, May 2025
I found this workshop to be highly informative and practical. The content was well-structured, especially appreciated starting with a little bit of theory and then the wide variety of exercises and modifications that can be applied when working with clients experiencing back pain. I really enjoyed the workshop! Thank you Sharon!
— STOTT PILATES Ultimate Back Care Workshop, Online, May 2025
This workshop was incredible. It was delivered in a way that was appropriate for every level of practitioner. Great variations offered, superb demonstrations, highly skilled use of props. From an Instructor that came from a place of back pain and continues to attract back care clients this really was the ultimate workshop. Thank you so much!
— STOTT PILATES Ultimate Back Care Workshop, Online, May 2025
The workshop was well presented with excellent audio-visual. I found it a really useful workshop as the content reminded me of how versatile the ‘core’ Pilates exercises are and prompted me to think about integrating more matwork into my Studio classes as a lot of the work, particularly the standing work, was very functional and important for my client base. I would estimate at least 25% of my participants are diagnosed with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis, so very useful content
— STOTT PILATES Flexion Free Workshop, Online, May 2025
This session was very informative and well taught. I appreciate the cues Sharon offered, specifically her advice about the use of imagery. The pace of the class was great; we got through the exercises in the allocated time and still had enough time for Sharon to provide suggestions and adaptations for the various moves
— STOTT PILATES Armchair Pilates with Handweights Workshop, Live Online, August 2024
Very useful content to add variety and focus on strength with good form to sessions with current clients. Simple (not too complex) sequences which feel good and reward with a good amount of burn.
