The addition of the Cadillac Level 2 Course provides extensive programming options for extremely fit clients or those who participate in high-level activities.       What you will learn The STOTT PILATES® Cadillac Level 2 Course (ACAD) presents 28 Advanced-level exercises plus modifications using the Cadillac Trapeze Table for the highly conditioned client. - Effective use of the equipment to enhance torso stability and strength, peripheral conditioning, joint stability, flexibility, balance and coordination 
- How to develop dynamic programs in a full studio environment 
- Effective communication and observational skills, verbal cuing and imagery for performance enhancement and client motivation 
- Modifications for specific body types, postural issues and conditions 
- Exercise layering related to effective program design 
 Pre-requisites Prior attendance at the STOTT PILATES® Cadillac Level 1 Course (ICAD). Continued education credits STOTT PILATES 0.6

      After training, instructors can begin teaching clients as a ‘STOTT PILATES® Trained Instructor’. Upon certification instructors can advertise their ‘STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor’ status. If you choose to become certified in the STOTT PILATES® method, you have 6 months from the last day of your course to sit your exam. If this time expires, you are required to book at least 1 hour with an Instructor Trainer to reinstate your eligibility. Note: no additional post course costs are applicable to receive these requirements. Requirements of certification - 6 hours of instruction and supervised teaching (completed when attending the Cadillac Level 2 Course)
