Testimonials
“Such an uplifting and inspiring course! Sharon was incredible and kept us all extremely engaged and safe at all times. I would definitely recommend for anyone wishing to advance their knowledge and teaching skills” ”
“Found really valuable - linking back to essential & intermediate - the repertoire makes more sense. Found the review and breakdown of cueing awesome. Beautiful facility & location!”
“Really great! Very organised. Sharon controlled (appropriately) the group to get through all the material. Very thorough and knowledgable, but extremely welcoming and friendly as well. As someone who has traveled from the US, Sharon made the experience here really lovely”
“Fantastic professional and personal journey. Great clinical reasoning alongside very challenging motor control exercises ”
“I truly thought this would be too much for me and there were some things my 56 year old curvy body couldn’t do (because of an old ankle injury). There were many I could do and I found it fabulous, I will use a lot of the exercises from the Advanced. FABULOUS!”
“It was, once again an inspirational and knowledge filled course with Sharon and it was wonderful to work with such empowered and supportive women. I get so much out of my time with Sharon for my body and my clients that I so look forward to each course”
