Day STOTT PILATES® Matwork Plus Props Level 1 Course – Online Live Via Zoom - February 2026: Part I of II

The STOTT PILATES® Matwork Plus Props Level 1 Course includes the STOTT PILATES six biomechanical principles; effective communication and observation skills, verbal cueing and imagery for performance enhancement and client motivation; modifications for specific body types, postural issues and conditions; theory and practice of postural analysis; and exercise layering related to effective program design.

  • Day 1/10: Mon 16 Feb | 1.00pm-5.00pm

  • Day 2/10: Tues 17 Feb | 1.00pm-5.00pm

  • Day 4/10: Thurs 19 Feb | 1.00pm-5.00pm

  • Day 5/10: Fri 20 Feb | 1.00pm-5.00pm

Part II

  • Day 6/10: Mon 23 Feb | 1.00pm-5.00pm

  • Day 7/10: Tues 24 Feb | 1.00pm-5.00pm

  • Day 8/10: Wed 25 Feb | 1.00pm-5.00pm

  • Day 9/10: Thurs 26 Feb | 1.00pm-5.00pm

  • Day 10/10: Fri 27 Feb | 1.00pm-5.00pm

Note: Advanced Matwork (Level 2) Course is running on 05-06 March 2026.. Bundle pricing available.

Can’t attend all the group class time? Make up missed hours privately, i.e 5 hrs of missed group time = 2.5 hrs private one-on-one instructor training time. Conditions apply.
